Dear Parents,
We want to bring to your attention several upcoming events around helping you and your student prepare for a successful high school experience.
On January 14 and 15, 2025, all 8th grade students will travel to the support department complex on their assigned date during the school day to participate in a CCSD Pathway Fair. This experience will allow students the opportunity to learn about all CTAE and Fine Arts pathways available in high school.
Next, please mark your calendars for Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., for the annual Rising Freshmen Night for Students and Parents, at your zoned high school.
During this event, parents and students of the graduating Class of 2029 are invited to learn about the full high school experience, explore courses and pathway options, learn about extracurricular activities, and more. Students will have the opportunity to explore the high school where they will soon be attending as a freshman.
