Georgia Student Health Survey

The Georgia Student Health Survey

The GSHS Survey is an anonymous, statewide survey instrument created by the Georgia Department of Education in collaboration with other state partners. The GSHS is administered online each year to students in grades 3-12. Survey results assist in the identification of safety, climate, and health issues that impact student achievement and help guide school prevention and intervention strategies. The surveys will be given during English classes in the next few weeks. If you would like your student to opt out of the survey, please contact the school at 706-556-5980.

Harlem High School encourages our parents to participate in the Georgia Parent Survey. Your input is important to our school and we hope you will take the opportunity to participate.
